ADRF works to promote mainstreaming disabilities in the donors’ agendas and in development programs.  To promote mainstreaming of the disability issues and to empower the voices and the pressure towards the political and legal amendments for the persons with disabilities, ADRF has initiated the establishment of the Disability and Development Coalition, Albania.  The coalition is composed of NPOs that work in the disability area, other Human rights organisations and institutions, international organizations that work in Albania, representatives of the business community, etc.
