In Berat, the training of 20 social administrators of this region took place, for the service of providing wheelchairs. This training is provided by the staff of the Albanian Foundation for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (FSHDPAK) with the support of LDS (Church of Jesus Christ and Latter-day Saints) and in cooperation with the State Social Service, Regional Directorate of State Social Service , Berat Region and Berat Municipality. Based on the WHO manual, the training aims to provide participants with knowledge about wheelchair service and in particular about the individualized assessment of people with disabilities, in need of this tool. Earlier this training was conducted in the regions; Fier, Elbasan, Korça, Gjirokastra, Lezha and Shkodra.
