SLID “Social and labour Integration of the Disabled people” is a project implemented by 11 partners, under the IPA-Adriatic - Cross-Border Cooperation Program, in the Adriatic basin countries, and included Croatia, Italy, BiH, Montenegro and Albania.

The SLID project partnership involved 3 representatives of local/regional governments, 3 public institutions, 4 NGOs and 1 expert on Small and Medium Enterprises/SMEs so that the project could effectively affect the various cross-sectoral structural levels, using the bottom-top approach and in creating and facilitating cross-border cooperation.   The aim of the project “To increase the capacity of countries/communities in targeted areas to respond to the needs of people with disabilities and to create sustainable ways of cooperation for social and labour integration, as an innovative concept that SLID will provide for transfer and wider replication in the Adriatic basin.”
